Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. Post job openings on multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and smooth hiring process. Assist in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, job specifications, and other recruitment-related documentation. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Conduct reference checks and background screenings on candidates before making hiring recommendations. Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment and employment practices. Maintain recruitment records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of applicants and hiring progress. Provide support to new hires during the onboarding process, ensuring they are introduced to company policies and culture. Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring proper documentation and timely transactions. Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash regularly. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Monitor and track company expenses and revenues to provide insight into financial performance. Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations. Collaborate with management to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support business objectives. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data as requested by auditors. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure the confidentiality of financial information. Stay updated on accounting best practices, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
